• Pick-Up: Customer can pick up from any of our distribution outlet.
• Waybill: Because of the quality of our product, we use a reliable transport company, customer can select this option if your location is available.
• Call to arrange waybill or Pick Up: Customer can call to arrange delivery or pickup with our support team (contacts are provided).
• International Delivery: We also offer international delivery to select countries. Delivery times and costs may vary depending on the destination. This option is best for customers who are located outside of our country and wish to receive our products. Customer will have to contact us for this.
When deciding which delivery option is best for you, consider your budget, how quickly you need your order, and where you are located.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the delivery option you choose; however, we estimate that deliveries will take 2 to 14 working days. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination.

Unfortunately, For bales and thrifts we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchange of item(s), good(s), and (or) service(s).
For Personal Shopping Services, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchange of item(s), good(s), and (or) service(s) for such that has already been wrapped and sent to the warehouse for shipping or delivery and for such that has been in Ezeka World care for a minimum of 7 days. Where there is a return of item(s), good(s), and (or) service(s), the commission shall not be refunded, and the return cost shall be paid by the customer.
We offer different grade options for our products to meet different needs and budgets. Here's an overview of the grade options available:
Grade A comes in 55kg, includes very clean items, very few to no clothes with tags can be seen, it is compressed. (Bulk Selection).
Ezeka Grade A+ comes in 25kg, includes Excellent items and the best of Grade A, clothes with tags are few, it is not compressed. (Handpicked)
Ezeka Premium bales comes only in 25kg, includes Excellent quality, trendy fashion items, 30% items with tags, it is not compressed; premium bale is recommended for boutique or shop owners. (Handpicked & Special Selection)
Ezeka All New Bale consist of only new clothing with tags in their packs.
When deciding which grade option is best for you, consider your budget, the intended use of the product, and your personal preferences. Please note that the availability of different grade options may vary depending on the product. Also, while we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, there may be some variations in colour, texture, and (or) other characteristics. N/B: customers’ expectations should not include ironed/ straightened materials/ garments, customers’ expectations should not be fixed on new items/ goods. We deal solely on second hand clothing/ items.
We understand that not all customers need large quantities which is why we can direct you to Ezeka Retailers who may offer smaller quantity options for many of our products; however, we sale only in bales.
