We ship mainly to Nigeria and then other countries, however we can do deliveries for customers within the UK only. For bale we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchange of item(s), good(s), or service(s).

For Personal Shopping Service we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchange of item(s), good(s), or service(s) for such that has already been wrapped and sent to the warehouse for shipping or delivery and for such that has been in Ezeka World care for a minimum of 7 days. Where there is a return of item(s), good(s), or service(s), the commission shall not be refunded, and the return cost shall be paid by the customer.
